Opening day is finally upon us! When you wake up in the morning, it will be the first day of archery deer season in Illinois. It is the moment all of us bowhunters cherish each year. This is the moment you have been practicing for all spring and summer (well hopefully).
There is not a bigger thrill than that of chasing the elusive whitetail deer in their own habitat. Whether you get the shot of a lifetime at a monster corn fed Illinois buck or a small framed doe, we want to see those pics! Send your deer hunting and trail camera pics to Illinois Bowhunter and we will post them. Or, if you prefer, you can post them on the message board. This year, take a child hunting with you.
